My worst meal 2026! Yay! Just look at the pictures - the saddest food I have seen. Someone should tell them that the soup in “soup dumplings” belongs INSIDE the dumplings and not outside. Calling the noodles with some lightly flavored ground beef “zhajiangmian” is a crime. The fillings of pan fried dumplings I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. Overall not-well-executed american food. Please don’t call this “chinese” And the best part - so many people calling this place “authentic” chinese here in reviews…. Freedom of speech is not always a good idea in this country 🫠
This place is no frills, but the dumplings are good. They taste authentic, got the 6 steamed dumplings variety, all were good. I made my own sauce at the table, I did not use any soy. I used vinegar, oil and duck sauce. I also got the hot and sour soup, it did not have any mushrooms, so was disappointed in that, but lots of tofu and onions, a different kind of broth, light in color, not dark, like typical hot and sour soup. I did like my meal, and it is good for a quick bite.
I ordered the beef and broccoli combo which came with a vegetable egg roll and the chicken and green onion dumplings. Everything came out hot and fresh and tasted excellent. It’s a small, mom and pop type eatery but not to be overlooked. The customer service is great too.
